Can someone give some words of hope Im a stay at home dad and learning the ropes even after 6 years. I have cronic pain addicted to pain meds. my wife is somewhat supportive. I just need to hear someone cares.

I've suffered with terrible jaw/TMJ. hooked on vicodan's for a year. Finally clean - almost 2 months.. It happens to the best of us... its a terrible cycle, we are in pain, go to docs, they give us meds, we get a "tolerance" to the meds, we take more.. the cycle is vicious.
It was a very hard road for the first 2 weeks, i went cold turkey..
It GETS BETTER

Just wanna let you know I care. I also have chronic back pain. Failed back surgery in 95. Goint c/t myself, on day 3 and hating every moment of it. Hang in there and I'm praying for you.
welcome, what kind of pain do you have??? i like that a stay at home dad>>>do you do all cooking, laudry, homework, etc...just picking..
