?????

i am 19 and take 40 mg of prozac daily for anxiety and depression.  About every weekend I drink about 5 to 10 beers. The other day I even did cocaine with alcohol and prozac in my system!!!  Is this why I feel so depressed?  Is prozac actually not in a way helping me?  Is it bad to drink once a weekend with prozac?  I know cocaine is bad and it is not a plan of mine to do it again but what about the alcohol.  For the past 2 weeks actually I have been feeling pretty depressed.  I think it might be the pot mixed with it.  Im not sure.  What should I do!!? Keep taking prozac, and not smoke and drink at all?  Stop takign prozac and continue drinking occasionaly when I go out?  I want to stop smoking and that is the plan becasue i hate how it affects my memory, so pot isn't the problem it is trhe alcohol and prozac.  Please does anybody know what I should do?

Hi well first of all Pot and alchol are "depressants'" and you CANT stop taking the prozac without approval and a tapering plan from your doctor. I would just try stopping all the other things that dont matter in your life... like pot, drinking, and other drugs.. and start thinking more positive and less negative. i'm sure you will feel better :) just focus on the things that are important to you like family, working, or school. and if you really start to feel bad then I would tell your doctor. Hope you feel better :)
