there is more to becoming addicted than just taking the pills. especially with benzos. and i really dont think you have anything to worry about as long as you are only taking it for prevention of anxiety. i am an opiate addict and i had debilitating anxiety. when i say debilitating i mean couldnt and didnt leave my room. as i understand everyone has their d.o.c. and their own reasons and causes for becoming addicted i took xanax as need for panic attacks(a much stronger benzo) on top of klonopin as a daily and never ever had a problem even when i stopped taking them all together as i didnt need it anymore. i would however suggest that if the natural works for you stick with it because your anxiety may be much more managable. but also understand that if it is still an issue there are just some people that just need to take the benzos to function in their daily lives and if this is the case dont let your worries stop you from taking the meds to help you in your daily life. also, be careful with natural supplememnts because many people forget that just because its natural doesnt mean it doesnt have negative affects and there is such a thing as taking too much especially if you are taking other medicines. so just keep in mind that if you continue the natural supplements you have to tell your doctor of any natual supplements you are on in case there is a conflicting med or some kind of medical problem where knowing what you are taking may help them to conclude your diagnosis. but anywyas good lucks to you and i think a good solution to some of your problems may be taking a yoga class or something similar that will "center your chi" so to speak haha. in other words would help to calm your nerves. but like i said good luck to you and message me if you have any questions or just need an outlet to talk. take care and i hope this helps.
