100 days no methadone

100 days no methadone

Well I made it to the 100 day mark..Yay me !!! Things are a lot easier now still got some depression going on but nothing major. As many of you know I have been thru a lot in these last 100 days. I have to deal with the devistation in my area from the april tornadoes and deal with my drug addict sister. I think these things have only made me stronger and God knew I could handle it and thats why it happened the way it did. To show me that if I can get thru these things nothing is impossible. I have recently started reading my bible more and it has opened my eyes that there is a better life out there. You just have to find it within yourself to get there. I just want anyone to know that is going thru what I have went thru in the past 100 days that it WILL get better just hang in there.

thank you both...I honestly dont know what I would have done without everyone on here including Teena. I am one of those people that when I put my mind to it there is nothing stopping me the hard part is getting me to put my mind to it. But yes gnarly you are right things are getting better with each day. However, my bipolar has seem to come out more and more this is the thing that is now worring me the most. I was told that antioxedents will help with the bipolar so I have been trying to make it a point to drink those Sobbe waters with it in it and the days that I have one of those I do a lot better. So for anyone out there that is bipolar and cant afford to go to the dr I highly suggest getting the antioxendents they do work.

congrats on a 100 days, bless you for staying clean going through the tornadoes and all. I am not bipolar  but I have problems with premanic attacks, I know that it makes  it harder to stay clean as when you are up you seem  to be in a mood that makes you feel you can do anything, so watch the highs and  good luck and prayers to you, Congrats again, Bethany

OH YEAH!  100 days my friend-  Congratulations!!!!! We are very close in clean time and I will also say it does get better to anyone going thru this.  To me it feels like with my many years of abuse I have dug myself such a deep hole- It takes a lot time to climb out of it. I'm not gonna stop climbing-still a ways to go w/so much damage done but I keep climbing- we have been climbing together.  We WILL get out!  Have a super weekend! you deserve it. TEENA
