13 days clean

ok so i have been up and down now for 13 days yestorday and today i had bad panic attacks
so i  called my doctor he gave me some xanax i have not taken them yet to scared to take
them my friend gave me a valum yesturday i toke half of a 5 today at 11 and just toke the
other half of the 5 a little bit ago. does anyone think i should take the xanax tomorrow if i feel
real bad i thought maybe half but i was able to talk myself out of it today it toke about a hour
but i did tomorrow i go back to work and my son starts school i think i have just been getting
myself all worked up about this why i don't no any suggestions would be helpfull. thanks and god

You are doing great!  Are you sure you need anything else? If you can just tough it out without anything else this woud be the better option in my opinion and that's what I did (I also had some Xanax at home that I never used)

I think the xanax may help if you really need something. just do not take it enough to become dependant on it. and yes, try not to stress out over things going on. everything will be alright.

thanks i think i will not take them and see how this week goes i really don't want to put
more drugs in my system it just gets hard at times but i came this far hopefully not much
longer will this go on.. lots of prayres going out to all
