So today makes 18 days off a heave tramadol addiction. While most of my phyiscal symptoms are gone im dealing with really awful fatigue. Idk what to do to get some energy. I mean i want to get up and go for a run or even a walk but im so super tired. Im also sneezing like crazy im not sure if its from the withdrawl or if i have a sinus infection but its crazy bad!! But woo hoo for 18 days clean!!

Hi well the  ''energy crash '' is one of the hardest parts   I found protein shakes help  you can get a 2lb can of whey protein shake mix at wall mart for under 20 bucks  the chocolate flaver is good  just mix 1 scoop to a glass of milk  it has the raw protein for energy and the amino acids to heal the brain  drink 2 a day  it helped me a lot.......Gnarly

Those Trams were your energy boost and that's gone now just remember who and what you were before the addiction those thing will come back but not in 18 days but in a month or so things will start looking better... this is when you really need to dig deep for the next jump start the more the mind goes this s*&** the more you will think of the pills that gave you that spark.  try getting out and get moving it will get the endorphins moving and could be the thing that your missing best wishes.

Congrats on 18 days, that's awesome!!! The energy and sleep were the last to return after I detoxed off trams. As for the sneezing, perfectly normal. I would sneeze about ten times in a row several times a day, which in turn would make my nose run:(  That will eventually subside as well.  You'll soon notice how much different things taste and even smell.  Anyways, keep up the great work! Good luck to you!!!

Energy seems to be a hit and miss for mee too, I'm just now getting rest when I sleep so the energy is coming around.
Wish I could tell you I feel like the energizer bunny but it's like picking up a half dead flashlight lol.
Hang in there, I'm telling you I feel a lot better and you will to.

Yippie!!
I am so proud of you!

The Energy and No-Motivation seems to be the last to get back. We used these types of pills for so long and got so much Energy from them (speaking from my own experience). This part will take some time too, as our Brain/Body Chemistry has to adjust back from the removal of these Stims.

Just make sure you are Eating very Healthy to get those Vit/Min and Electrolytes going again. Take a good vit/min supplement and give this time to kick in.

Some type of Exercise will help fire those Brain Chems up too!

I thought I would NEVER get better! After so many months to yrs, my Brain wanted to go but my Body did not want to follow. Age & how many yrs one had used plays a big role in bouncing back.
It will all come back in Time! I promise!

Bless
Vickie
