1st Sober Day Sympotoms: Advice?

This is my first day without vicodin in over 6months, I have been on it for 2 years pretty steadily, and a heavy user for half this year. I decided to quit, and today is my quit day. I haven't had any pills in 24 hours. I am starting to feel some pretty annoying symptoms, but nothing bad. I'm using the Thomas cure to help and drinking tons of fluids. So far I have super sweaty palms, anxiety, restlessness and my arms feel like they have minds of their own. I also feel lazy but anxious, unmotivated, disoriented, just odd. I know I will feel better soon, but I also know it will get worse first. Any additional advice for these symptoms?

Lots of hot showes, baths, advil. Good work on stopping. It is so worth it. Hang tuff OK?
It will be over soon. The lack of engery thing will get orse before it gets better and it is the last thing to come back. Try to walk a little. Some excersise will help.
