1st day off suboxe and day 16 off Methadone

Hi all..
I am working on beating my 100mg 7 year  methadone addiction.. today is day 16 off methadone..
I have used suboxe over the first 14 days to ease the withdrawal of methadone..
Today is my first day trying to get off of the subs.. Im concerned about how I will feel and when I will make a complete recovery.. I have been on a very low dose of the subs I probably avg about 2mgs per day over the 14 day period. I might have even tried to stay on the sub for a little longer if it wasnt for the zombie feeling I get from the subs..
I have been trying to do all the right things.. working out, viamins, hot baths, eating, etc..I plan on setting something up for aftercare for sure, but really focused on the physical withdrawal at the moment.. Just trying to get this poision out of my body.
Based on my circumstance does anybody know what i should be expecting over the next coupl of days even weeks, months, etc.
when will are start to feel better??
Thank you

HI you really wont know where your at here for around 3 days thats about avarage time to get sub out of your system....I think your going to get hit with the post withdrawals from the methadone witch is no sleep and a energy crash that can be debilitating you werent on the sub long enough to really feel anything from it but like i have tryied to tell you its not so much the withdrawal that makes methadone such a monster but the following 90 days you have to go threw to get better ther are a few exceptions to the rule but there rare we just had a member us something quite cotrversal  Kratom to come off methadone and did well now he just has to come off the kratom then will see how he feels...right now look to the lower right of this screen and look up the amino acid protacal it will give you some aminos that your body lacks right now many of our members have used them with success to heal the brain a bit faster but truly God and time is what does it keep us posted on how your doing would like to nkow how this turns out good luck and God bless....Gnarly

hi... i jumped off when I was on crumbs..To be honest with you, shockingly I dont like the subs.. after about 3 days off methadone I couldnt handle a strong dose of sub.. way to strong for me.. I just dont feel right on it.. I am living , but I do feel like I just got run overby a truck..what do you think I should expect?? Im really worried.. I dnt want to go through full blown withdrawals from the methadone.. was I blocking the the withdrawal with the Subs or did I alleviate the worst of it?? what do you think?? thanks for your help..

did u jump of at 2mg of sub most of the time patients have had an easier time if they taper all the way to a crumb.2 mgs might be too high of a dose to come off of but I would see how you feel if it not bearable talk to your doctor about going dog to a lower dose .good luck you will get threw this.
