24 hours!

Thank you all for your help so far!  I only took my sub 1 time yesterday .125 mg and it's almost 24 hours.  I've been on .125 mg two days prior also.  I hope the strict ween I did in 17 days helped.  Right now Im still awake no sleep and had creepy crawlly skin last night. I am fighting this and am going to win.
My dr said they will help me with whatever I need I go today at 1 is there anything I should ask for?  Please support me, I have 1 friend that knows and 1 family member along with a therapist and that's it, I really need it.  Thanks to you all good bless you!

Thanks bud I will let you know how I make out. You've come a long way and I know it's one day at a time but it can be done.  It's officially 1 day no subs and 18 days no pills!  I will let you know how I make out.

Congrats on getting this far. I would just get clonidine and vistaril for sleep and anxiety at night. The thing with vistaril your kinda drowsy the next morning. I am 53 days clean from subs so I had experience. You are doing great. Just tell the dr your symptoms and they will help you as long as its a good dr and good help.
