28 Days!!!

Wow 28 days!! I posted this a minute ago, but I"m not sure where it went. It didn't show up in the forum. Anyway, time has really gone by fast (although it seemed to move slowly the first 4 days ish). It's weird that I don't really feel any different than when I was taking the pills, except for the low energy, but I had that on the pills too, just in a different way. The mornings are still difficult for me, but once I've had my coffee and get up and start moving and getting ready for work I feel better. Still don't have my sex drive back. Not sure how long that will take?? But I'm just taking it one day at a time and hoping that my fiancee will be patient with me.

This is wonderful....I love to see when people make it to the other side.  It's such a hard thing sometimes to see that there's something better on the other side that we just give up.  Congragulations to you!!!
BTW....maybe have sex anyways???  Not trying to be forward, but I did find that the endorphins released in my brain when having an orgasm were very helpful to my brain!  Might be TMI, I know, sorry, but it did help!

It's not TMI haha. I'm looking for answers. I've read alot of posts online that say people lost their sex drives while TAKING the pills, and I'm the opposite...I was fine on them, it's off them that I have no sex drive. Mostly curious if this has happened to anyone else, and if there is hope for a normal sex drive again. My fiancee is starting to think there is something wrong with him.
LOL....I lost mine over the time that I was taking opiates, for sure, but during detox, I found that having sex gave me some relief....in my head....I was so scared my brain was going to stay like that that I was basically jumping my husband when he'd come home from work (not that he minded, butttt)...maybe just make yourself do it and once you feel the relief, it will help with drive?  Just a thought?
I will have to try that. Because I'm not worried about my head lol. My head actually feels good, I'm just worried that something that controls my sex drive IN my head got screwed up. Or that just the fact that I'm so tired, and I'm just getting off bronchitis and by the time I get off work, do dinner, bathe the baby and clean up a little bit (and the baby still wakes up a couple times a night) that I'm just too worn down to even think about sex lol. But I will have to try it.
@SJS49. The sex drive may return in a way that you would feel hard to control it. Make sure you don't get carried away. Use the distraction of exercise and work out when you have to. Be confident of yourself. Be in Charge!
