29 days no pills 29 days and 9 days off the 21 day methadone taper

Im starting to get a little impatient and discouraged. I am however noticing slight changes and progress. I just cant get the sleep back and its really starting to bug me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I already tried hot baths valerian root, and benadryl... ugh this is hard.

you mean that you have been 9 days clean of methadone and pills ?  having problems with sleep is more than normal so please, do not get impatient nor discouraged because this is really a long battle....motivation, lack of energy and sleep are the physical symptoms that linger longer , kimbo... it took me some months to have a long night of sleep .... you may try this supersnooze...people talk good about it... it has melatonin, valerian, cal/mag, camomille and some other natural stuff...exercise could be good too... good luck :)

yeah, this is what i understood...  you are clean 9 days of both so it is quite normal, don't worry...sleep will come

good thing you got away from the methadone fast,please stick it out.methadone hangs on a long time.                                karl
