2ND DAY DETOX QUESTION FROM VIKES

Hello all...Using the Thomas Recipie along with clonidine and it seems to working OK.  Leg cramps are kicking in and I'm sure the insominia is going to kick in tonight.  I have somewhat of a dumb question, but you all know we don't think very clear during these times.  Would it be crazy to take a very small amount of hydro to help fight off the leg pain, and  if so is that going to drag this on longer than normal???  I'm sure I know the responses I'll get, but I'm starting to feel pretty crappy.  Thanks.

That is the worst part of wd for me also.. Do not use an opiate as TrayCee said it will only prolong the wd.. I have found a few techniques that help.. First hot baths or showers can not push those enough.. Heat wraps they last up to eight hrs. They have them for the back and arms you can use the arm one on the calves.. Some have found ace bandages snug around the legs help.. A product called Hyland restless leg is also helpful I had bought a knock off It does cut it but not remove it... Walking walking.. Heating pads hot water bottle... Time.. Today is day 3 you are half way there.. You can do this... I hope some of these help in some way.. Wishing you well on your journey.. lesa
