Wow Christmas feels better than thanksgiving this year lol. I just wanted to say a great big thank you to all my friends for helping me get through and helping me navigate this crazy thing called addiction. I have NEVER had such determination to stay clean like I do now. I owe this to GOD and to y'all and I must say ME lol. I'm happy to be clean and sober. It's not "easy" all the time, I don't crave pills at all thank God but this was no walk in the park. This was a hard time of the year to quit this stuff with all there is to do but I think it was a blessing. No time to clock watch cause I HAD to keep moving lol. Thanks again, this web site was a "Christmas miracle" for me.
Btw. Has anyone heard from Duluth since he posted about taking his wife to AA? Just been thinking about him today. We quit around the same time and he helped me so much. He was on a lot   Just hoping he got back on track and stayed there!!

I was thinking about Deluth Guy today also. Girl we are sisters!!!! His story helped me so much!!! I am SOOOO proud of you, you have been such a great inspiration to me, we have talked daily since the beginning and I truly believe we are sisters!!! You are right about quitting this time of year being very hard but we have to keep moving forward!!!! I can't wait  until I don"t crave pills, I drove passed my Dr. office today and I craved BAD!!!!  As I always say I miss the fake energy, but I am SOOOO grateful that I have another day pill free. I don't think of them constantly but at different times during the day!!!  Tonight is a little hard for me hubby already in bed and son is out, quess I am alone with my thoughts. At least my thoughts are clear, I think once Christmas is over I will be relieved, I can't explain it but kind of dreading the next 2 days, so sad!!  I have so much to be grateful for but this year has been very hard on hubby and myself. When you have a clear head you see and feel everything and some things are just hard to deal with.  I thank you always for being my friend and being there for me, you always know what to say!!! I am so very proud of you and I wish you all the best in your recovery. When I see your posts I see my sister!!! You make me laugh, cry and you get me, so grateful to you

Hey girl look at you go....Congrats on your clean time you fought a good fight to get where your at keep pushing forward it gets ezer with time work some sort of aftercare in and stick with it addiction dosent go away but it is treatable have a clean and sober Christmas and Merry Christmas  Gnarly

Congrads..It only gets better  On Jan 4th 2011  I will be 1 year clean of Oxy's and Somas..Concertrate on getting to 3 months..then 6..before you know it it will be a year!
Not going to lie..but did have slight cravings every now and then, but they passed quickly
