48 hours in to C/T W/D in pain and exhausted, diahrrea is this normal

Hi All.... I am so trying for hang in there ... but am beyond exhausted .. cant eat or sleep .. and am in pain and having Restless legs again .. and help would be greatly appreciated.  Was on Ony 40's 3x a day and Precs 10/325 3x a day

it sounds normal from everything I have read and gone through myself.

yes, those are all symptoms of withdrawal    hang in the day 4 and 5 it starts to get better

yep, totally normal!!!! get some immodium or pepto for the trots!! hang in there!! this will not last long, stay strong!

there is an otc called hyland restful leg that will help with the rls also try bananas. check out the thomas recipe and amino acid protocol. good luck and hang in there.
