Phycobillyqueen how are you feeling today?
Iam on day 4 after tapering all the way down to 0.8ml maddness i know but it was working for me and i have a baby to look after so needed my withdrawls to be next to nothing which they are. Ive slept no bother since i stopped aswell. Ive been taking multi vitimans and imodium so think thats been helping
Hi, Im on my 4th day off and I have very mild WD symtoms I hear they will start bad on the 5th but idk if this is true? Can anyone relate. My highest dose was 40 and I came down in 4 months slowly my last was 2ml. I keep worrying instead of just trusting the process.
Don't drink alchol, it will make it worse. You need to detox your body, that's the whole meaning of "detox" I know it's hard but you can do. I am on day 5 and i still feel dying inside but i'm trying!
I was at 90mgs. I went all the way down to 3mgs and that's where I came off from. What I don't understand is I've had mild withdrawal the whole time I was coming down. My last samples they said they couldn't find nothing in my urine. I ddont get it
Alcohol is a drug, it will bring back the pain of WD. So you need to stay away from any mood altering chemical. I dont no about the vitamins and supplements but they do help some out. When you have that thinking start posting or talk to someone about the problem do you go to meetings you just say your first name and what problem you have with drugs and you will get feedback to your questions. Hang in there.
HI....methadone is very cyclic just when you think it is done messing with you it comes back with vengeance you can expect what your going threw for the next 6 days or so the symptoms usually start 3 days after your last dose and last about a week some symptoms will last into 2 weeks just depends the main thing here is to prepare yourself for the post withdrawal energy crash and the sleeplessness most people find these things the hardest to deal with
take it day by day be ready for this to take a couple of mo to feel right again and you will do fine its a grind to do and many go back because of the long post withdrawal but let me tell you it is so so worth it not to be chained to the liquid handcuffs good luck and God bless......Gnarly
Hi! I think it may be the alcohol. I'm all for doing what you have to do but alcohol doesn't usually do the trick....
There is plenty of stuff you can take: try Valerian root, kava tea...Just look around in the health supplement isle at the grocery store. The herbs, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids really help!!
What dose did you jump off at again?
