Well congrats to you for not giving in..but it will be hard to continue to say no if he keeps buying more. So make sure you have things in place to stay strong so you don't give in!! Good luck!!

Just wondering what you meant when you said he "bought a perc 30" what is the 30??

I GUESS THEY ARE PERCOCET 30 MG, i KNOW NOW THAT I DONT HAVE TO HAVE THEM TO LIVE,.  THINGS LOOK A LOT BETTER NOT BEING IN THAT FOG, NW IF I COULD ONLY GET SOME SLEEP I WOULD BE HAPPIER, I HAVE QUEIT STORNGER THINGS THAN PAIN KILLERS, SO I KNOW THAT I CAN DO THIS

First off...there is no Percocet 30mg. It's either a Roxicet 30mg or an Oxycontin 30mg. The Roxicet is an immediate release of the whole 30mg of oxycodone and the Oxycontin, if swallowed whole, is a timed release version of 30mg of oxycodone. Secondly, telling a doctor that you have an opiate addiction does not mean you won't be treated for pain. If the doctor is a good doctor, then it just means that they are more cautious with treating your pain. That's why addictionologists are great alternatives for us addicts. They know just what to do when addicts are in pain.
