5Hp- what is it?

can somebody give me the low down on 5Hp?  is is supposed to give you energy?  is it like a natural viciodin...that probably doesn't work :)?

was wondering if anybody has used it and what their experience was

thanks for your replies.  how is it different from L-Tyrosine?  are you supposed to take them both with vitamin B6?  i heard if you don't they won't work.  true or false?

you're not supposed to take it together with L-Thyrosine.
5htp is an amino acid and vitamin B6 makes it absorbable by your body.
