5htp

does anyone know how long 5-htp takes to work?  I've been on it about 4 days and haven;t noticed much. wondered if it takes 4-6 weeks like other anti-depressants.  Thanks so much

I thought it worked in a few days for me. I am still taking it. That with some b12 under th tongue stuff. But I thought the effects we pretty immediate. But i started taking it after the worse days of my wd just for the depression. I was not trying to see I it worked while IN WD because
I don't think anything would have helped much with that.

Oh hell yeah that's why lol. I don't think that stuff would have touChed me my first time around on day 3!   I am thinking I started last time around a week after.

Hi there, whats under the tounge B-12? Can I just put any vitaman B under my tounge? Does it speed the process? I have B-6...as well as a ton of other Thomas recipe supplements---I don't even mind the taste of vitamans...is that an effective way to take certain vitamans//or do you need a special kind?
