I would suggest she get to the emergency room.
You really should post this on the other side "Substance Abuse Addiction Community"  at the top of this page. You will get faster more informed responses.
I don't know much about it but it sure sounds like a lot.

Does she normally take alot of diazepam? I would say take her to the ER that is ALOT. I know it slows your heart rate and breathing. I would talk to her as much as possible and if she seems to be slurring or falling asleep she needs to be seen asap.

Before Calling Emergency
Determine the following information:

Patient's age, weight, and condition
Name of product (as well as the ingredients and strength, if known)
Time it was swallowed
Amount swallowed
If the medication was prescribed for the patient
Poison Control, or a local emergency number
The National Poison Control Center (1-800-222-1222) can be called from anywhere in the United States. This national hotline number will let you talk to experts in poisoning. They will give you further instructions.

This is a free and confidential service. All local poison control centers in the U.S. use this national number. You should call if you have any questions about poisoning or poison prevention. It does NOT need to be an emergency. You can call for any reason, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Take the container with you to the hospital, if possible.

See National Poison Control center.

What to expect at the emergency room
The health care provider will measure and monitor the patient's vital signs, including temperature, pulse, breathing rate, and blood pressure. The patient may receive:

Medicines to treat symptoms
Medicines to make the person throw up
Activated charcoal
A nasogastric (NG) tube thru the nose into the stomach to empty the stomach (gastric lavage)
Flumazenil, a medicine (antidote) to reverse the effect of the overdose
Breathing help

The hospital don't hurt, better safe than sorry I guess.

I am no doctor, but as long as she is not taking any other central nervous system depressants, she will be OK.  Benzo overdose is actually quite rare in the absence of other CNS depressants, they are not like old fashioned qualudes or barbituates or anything.  I know loads of "idiots" who have taken lots more valium than that (my ex who only weighs about 110 ate 12x10 mg tabs of diaz before, she went sleepy bye bye in short order).  I am surprised that she is still awake actually.

But by all means, err on the side of caution.  The ER visit will precipitate all sorts of undesirable results, a visit from psych, etc, etc.  But yeah, if it will make you feel easier, run her in.  You do not have to go crazy rushing her in or anything, as long as she aint drinking booze or taking other drugs she should be fine.  I hope things work out for you (and her).  I would find out why she is taking all of that diaz though, thats what is troubling.  peace out

Ray
