5th day opiate free, expecting to feel much better

by polishwonder, Oct 16, 2009 02:00PM
5th day opiate free -c/t - and I feel more tired than I have all week. Luckily, my 2nd & 3rd day wasn't half as bad as I anticipated (thank god). I've also been sick (head, throat, upper resp. stuff) for over 3 three weeks - which using my oxys made more bearable. So I'm wondering am I this exhaustive from the withdrawal or the sickness I've been fighting. I thought I should be feeling like superman by day 5. I've got a Dr. appt on Monday which (ironically is close to refill time)

lack of nrg is a symptom of wd..usually only true addicts/people with both the physical and mental cpmonents of addiction will feel this part..physically u r probably well on ur way to feeling tons better as far as runs, headaches, etc...but the mental component can last a few months and is when most relapse due to the extreme fatigue and depression..there r things u can take to help this..look into the health pages for the thomas recipe, also the article on internet sites where u can obtain some OTC drugs to help u right now..sleep is a concern and important to recovery..if u r not sleeping well then there r lots of safe meds out there to help

Main thing to help anxiety, dpression and fatigue..it to get up and MOVE!
