60 days clean and my first trial!
okay so today i hit my first 60 days, yayy it does feel so dang good.. And nobody can take that from me.. I now feel like i can do this, like maybe i'm not a low life junkie that just wants her next pill.. But now i feel the bright new beginnings, wonderful warmth through my veins that no pill could ever give me..
it has been a bumpy road and talespin rollercoaster .. And you know to be honest i wouldn't change one thing that i felt during detox. It let me know that the pills that i was taking were not good for me.. And doing me so much harm.. i know it is a love hate relationship, they take and take from us and never give anything in return.. So i am glad to break the chain of addiction and getting my life back.. I can feel the very breath of life being breathed into me everyday that i am clean.. And it is so wonderful..
So to everyone that are just starting out on this horrible w/d struggle hang in there it will pass, and you will start to feel better.. Your body and mind starts to heal and you will feel like a whole new you.. So please don't give up, Don't let it get the best of you.. Cause sooner or later you will have to do this or it will kill you in the long run..
I have to thank a special friend on here for all his help and inspiration, he has helped me more than he even know's thank you so much Northeast.. I am forever in you debt.. Your the best..
And thank you to everyone els that has give me advice,support, and boosted me when i need it the most..

Congrats Sophia! I new the second you came to the forum that you were going to make it. You had a great attitude right from the start and that can take anyone a long ways.

Hey congrats on 60 days your off to a great start and you hit one of the milestones ......it great being clean it takes some work to keep your head in the right place but with a bit of aftercare this is very doable I just want to wish you all the best and a long recovery good luck and God bless....Gnarly
yes i have , i'm in counceling and i go to meetings.. They aren't NA like i was previously , i found those wernt all that well for me .. So i decided to go to a private meeting wonder place.. And i am so happy to go there each monday..
Iwilldothis, I am shouting it .. I went for a great workout earlier and it was so awesome, but while i was jogging i was singing on the top of my lungs i am doing it.. And yeah everyone was looking at me but honestly who the F cares lol thanks guys for all the kind words it truely has been a journey

Sophia - GREAT job, I'm right behind you and can't wait to hit 60 days, 90 days etc.
I've watched your journey, even when mine was just starting, you are a few days ahead of me but you've come so far!
