60mg to hm... I made a chart of meth/sub/non days

hello,

Ive been taking heroin on weekends for 3 years, 1 year of every 3th day 100mh of methadone. That means 100,0,0,100mg. I have tapered down to 60mg of methad. and been there for 15 days. The rest the chart can show
..the blue color is present day, and I feel little discomfort and tiredness, red is methd. and yellow is suboxone. When could I aspect to feel 95ok, I am now 85% from wh symptoms?

Just a update you can look my pic, but been clean for 9 days if not counting 0.5mg of sub divided on 3 says to make wh sustainable

yep ,another blue day, probably some sub is holding me so I feel standable ok, tried to exercise for few seconds :) , slept ok and its a process and dough this is my 3dh time quit it never feels that you would need to go through this again, but .. o is this blue app for android? illl check it now :)
And, Gnarly, hm..  for now I am off from both and see if doesnt get much wors I can take this, but if does some subs, a pinch of 8mg tbl, hope to clear the methd. days longer in past. thnx.g.b.

first off stick aroud and get clean but for now you cant be tasking sub with methadone without feeling like s h i t the sub binds to the receptors and knock off the methadone leaving you in a state of precipitated withdrawals if i had a choice I would stick with the sub methadone is a monster to quit all together now its best to quit all of it mabe 1 at a time good luck and God bless.........Gnarly

dman i wish i can go to amsterdam and just take ibogaine, hate this 1 year of some tapering from something (well when i was stupid and take 400mg of M. in between bum!
