7 days today. Feel physically good today. Occasional cold chill and lack of energy but thats it. Definitely mentally cloudy and down in the dumps but nothing that can't be managed. Saw the doc today and he is an amazing guy (If anyone is in Eastern Mass and needs an AMAZING doc please let me know) and he was impressed with the steps in just 7 short days. We decided on starting an anti-depressant that was a long time coming well b4 this whole mess. People reading this who are suffering you would be AMAZED what 7 days can do. Felt amazing to get out of the house for 4 hours today. Took every bit of energy to get up and go but it was well worth it. MikeinFrance just wanted to say thanks to you. Your initial posts helped me tremendously .
Oh yeah and today is my 30th Birthday. Quite a gift.
