90 Days Free!
Well, I've done it. I have my own goals and I just knew if I could make 90 days...that means I can his 180 days. Three months ago I had grave doubts that I could do this. I wasn't going to post but I want to say thank you to everyone here who helped me get and stay sober.
For those of you in even earlier days please take things one day at a time, do whatever you've got to do in order to stay sober and I can't say enough how important aftercare is. Without those who support me in my little slice of the world I'm not sure I could have stayed sober because of the pain I've been dealing with.
Today has been 48 hours since I've run a low-grade fever...I've been running a low-grade fever for 75 days which is normal for diverticulitis when you have an active infection. This means the infection is gone and all I have to do now is deal with and conquer the inflammation...once that is done I won't be in pain. I've also got a great notebook that was offered to me which is basically "Diverticulities Eating for Dummies" lol.
Anyway, thank you all from the bottom of my heart. MedHelp was there for me when I needed. My next goal for a celebrate is 120 days and then 360 after that.
Thank you again and S? I'll be seeing you in about 28 more days!

Congrats on 90 days. Didn't your husband pass away this morning? If so, you are one strong lady!! I am sorry for your loss. Keep going forward.
Thank you all. I will keep your words close to my heart. I'm going to Pensacola...I can't sleep here tonight and the strength of my in-laws will help ensure I don't do anything stupid. My whole world is broken right now!!!
Awesome work & Kudos to you on your 90 days! Glad to hear that the diverticulitis is resolving. (Have you looked into natural anti-inflammatory agents like bio-curcuminoids (turmeric), green tea, Boswellia & Resveratrol, etc.?) Again, well done! :)
90 days is a landmark, 1/4 of a year, a whole solar season. Way to go, keep following the light and you will shine along with it.

Hi Krazy congrats on 90 days that is ausum and im happy you made it..so many dont for addicts we always want it and want it now it is in our nature but dont get your head raped around 120 days or a year yet just like 90 days came so will the other mile stones this is truly a battle one one day at a time so I suggest you just keep it simple and just like you I wake up and have the same dission as you ''do I use or stay clean'' and if you do it 1day at a time you dont miss out on what today has or dwell on what yesterday had we all do this just for today...Na has a book tytled just for today it give you a different piece of recovery every day it is something all addicts should read it is like 6 bucks on amazon pick up a copy or go to a n/a meeting they usually have it there to by your really doing well I have followed your story since you have been here keep pushing forward embrace change dont fight it and all will be well keep posting for support..........Gnarly
That's amazing I really am proud of you that's an accomplishment for real!!!!!! Yes the ones of us on are earlier days are struggling but people like you inspire us all... Again congrats 90 days, first thing came to my mind how in the hell will I get that far haha but I know 1 month is the first marker then things will get back to 85 90% normal ( hopefully) I can't wait 2 1/2 more days until 2 weeks for me. I'm so happy for you, hopefully your not off of here for 28 days, WE need you master ha
