91 DAYS!

Still having a hard time believing this!!  3 months and one day! I did have a craving on Saturday, not sure what triggered it.  I think maybe because things have been stressful at work, we've been shorthanded.  Probably backlash from that.  I told myself "if you found and took some vics, you would feel ok for a couple of hours, then how would you feel after that, and after all this time".  That pretty much got rid of most of the craving.  I just kept busy the rest of the day and did ok.  

Anyway, so far so good.  I'll keep posting and updating!  God bless all of y'all!

GOOD JOB!!  Be proud of yourself!  3 months and one day is a GREAT Amount of time under your belt!  Just hang in there cuz EVERYDAY THAT WE DON'T USE IS A BETTER DAY THAN WHEN WE DO!

Congrats on the 3 months. That is an accomplishment. It is not uncommon to have urges and cravings around anniversary milestone. 3 months is still early recovery and if you get anymore thoughts like that POST when you get them. It won't be the last time and even though it seems small it's not. It's our addict thinking. Remember, our best thinking got us here. Tell on that addictive thought and don't allow it to gain any power. Most of us have been taken down by that thought. Keep it up...Your doing great:o)
