A Milestone

Every single day is a milestone in itself, but I'm pretty proud of 30 days.  I'm 30 days clean from hydrocodone with the help of Suboxone.  I've been tapering off the Suboxone for a week and it's been great.  Today was my last day in my tapering plan at 2mg.  Tomorrow I will start 1mg for at least 2 days.  I'm hoping to take nothing on Sunday, but of course it will depend on how I feel.  I'm pretty tired tonight, so I'm not going to be as long winded.  Just wanted to update everyone on myself.  See you tomorrow.

Congrats for finding a dr that didn't keep you on Sub for 2 yrs and now won't return your calls bc you don't want to take it anymore. I took my last 1mg last wed and just when I thought I was getting better 2 days ago I was hit again. The receptors in my brain are going crazy! And yes I tappered off slowly. No one will answer my post so let me know what kind of things you start going through in the next few days. Sounds like you'll have an easy time compared to me. Good luck

Hey, I'm right behind you at 25 days, so proud of it too!!!!!!!!!   Congrats on 30 days free!!!    Before Feb 16 I was so afraid I couldn't do this but with determination and help from you all I have made it!.  Thanks to all who have been there for me and continue to be there for all of us !!!

Thanks so much to everyone's support.  We're doin' it!  Isn't that crazy?  I would never believe I'd be where I am today.  3 days til Vegas!  Woohoo!!!!!
