It started right before I went to bed and lasted all night. I'll try all those things...surely something will help. Thanks!
Is it just when you first wake up for a few minutes? That could be caused by low blood pressure. Because your neurotransmitter levels are out of wack, it can have an effect on your heart rate and blood pressure regulation, which is always lowest when you are in a state of rest. (sleeping). If you lay a certain way, you may be collapsing some blood vessels in your legs, and when you get up they open up, and you get that tingling feeling. Because neurotransmitters serve more than one function, or combine with others to do other functions, they are probably the same neurotransmitters that are making you feel tired, or lack energy, effecting moods, anxiety levels etc.
Try eat the foods or take amino acid supplements that help boost the ones that are causing your symptoms, and that should help with this problem as well. Also try avoid sleeping in a position that may be putting too much pressure on one area more than the others, or falling asleep on an object, like your teddy bear?
I have the numbing sensation in my feet. It is really weird. I mainly have it in the morning. I am on day 4 and I still have it but it is not as severe as it was on day 1 and .
