ANXIETY

Okay... so its been 3 days clean so far. I sent to the psychiatrist today because i've had atleast 3 panic attacks just this week, not to mention all the ones this month. He presribed zoloft for depression and anxiety and also prescribed xanax for whenever i feel an anxiety attack coming on. I really hope this helps. Starting the zoloft tomorrow morning. Hopefully ill get through day 5 no problem!

best of luck to ya...zoloft helps my daughter tremendously with anxiety...when she quits it on occasion...she will call me like 10 times a day...worrying/stressing...dont get me wrong...love her calling me..but when i mention "r U taking ur zooft and she says no...then she starts up again and she is ok...doesnt need me so much anymore....):...but i want her happy...zoloft is a good choice for anxiety and i hope it works...u know to lay low on the benzo...be safe

I sent you a pm...but I wanted to add...I was told to take my zoloft at night...not sure what the difference is but I just wanted to throw that out there... see if anyone else who takes it knows!
