About To Start Withdraw From Oxy

Hi. I am about to start withdraw from oxy80mg 2xday.  Will demerol help with withdraw some or not at all?

Demerol is even stronger on the opiate scale than Oxy. Not only will it prolong your withdrawals, it will possibly make them worse.Is this your first attempt at a detox? How many pills (excluding the Demerol) do you have? Give us a little more info so we can make a recommendation.

I have 5 or 6 100mg of demerol and 1 80 of oxycontin.  I have 8 10 mg of val.  and that  is it there are no mor pills so this is it and I have no ideal what the hect to do, I have no one no one.

GaGuy is right.  if you have pills left you mite can do a taper.  if not are you prepared for c/t.  you need to get the thomas recipe ingredients and the amino protocala, they help a lot. (in the health pages.)  you will feel like you have a bad flu, but it does get better.  dont take the demerol..thats jumping into the fire...keep posting..it helps/.

Thank you for responding back to me all that have.  I would really love to get my life back and get back to the living.  I am scared to death.  My head is spenning.  I sometimes wonder if I would be better of dead.  I really feel like no one cares for me and that they all would benefit from my if I were dead.. The thought that I may not make it through wd ct is the worst . I guess really all I need is someone who would give me a word of encouragement, give me hope that I will feel better and not be a slave to pain pills.

Here's what I would do, I'd flush the Demerol and Oxy. They will just prolong the agony. SAVE those Valium and take them at night to help with the RLS and sleep. Resist the urge to take them through the day. Read the Thomas Recipe also. Good luck.
