Acetaminophen liver damage?

I have been taking Acetaminophen with caffeine and codeine for over 20 years at extemely high doses...over 50 x 325 mg daily. How come my liver has not failed?

What is cirrhosis?

Curious as to why you've taken so much Tylenol?  And did you have testing so you know your liver is fine?

I started taking tylenol #3 when I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis at age 14. Aside from helping with the pain, the constipating effect of the codeine enabled me to live a relatively normal life, things have gotten out of hand from there
