Achy Legs

Did I spell that right?

Hi all ,
Joe is at 59 hours off subox. His mood has been up and down since 7pm. His gf and I got him out of the
house for an hour or so tonight to walk around the mall. He was okay at first but became miserable and wanted to leave.
We are all just sitting here and watching tv
Says his legs are aching real bad... any suggestions? I have icy hot.... think that might help?
bar of soap maybe....hmmm

Joe is still detoxing.  just continue to work with him and help him out...your on the right track

Hey Momo !! How many mgs of Sub did he jump off at?

That feeling is terrible....The only thing that worked for me was hot hot baths.....just enough hot water to cover his legs....
then wrap them in a heating pad, or heating blanket..

This is the last week of joes taper... I know it is sparatic.... I followed his lead if he felt he needed it or not....
He is taking imodium (immodium) for the runs.... that does not help his RLS does it? He asked me if it does..... I dont know

Thats a pretty rapid taper, but at this point, I guess he'll just have to get thru it.  Just hope hes following thru on some aftercare.
Hylands Leg cramps with Quinine or Hylands restful Legs could help with the legs too.

That what I keep hearing.... it happened so quick... he said he was ready.. but then wasnt sure last night.  therapy starts again in 8 days.
He just went to bed. said he is tired. I will get the leg cramps stuff tomorrow
