Addict3 is 3 yrs clean!!!

I just wanted to tell everyone about my friend addict3 celebrating 3 yrs of clean time!!!  I am so proud of you!!  You have fought hard to get where you are at today.  I still see your 1st post everytime i come to the forum....You are and always will be my first!!!(remember that one?)  I cant thank you enough for all you have done for me.  When i have been down you have come to my aid and told me what i needed to hear.  Never have you coddled me and for that i am so grateful.  I have the utmost respect for you and i am so glad you are part of my recovery.  My wish for you is to continue on moving forward in your recovery and to enjoy all the blessings in your life~~~sara

Actually it was the 22nd that he was 3 yrs clean.  On April 30th he posted wondering why he felt like it was day 2 when it was really day 8!!

He is a bit older than i am so i have to remind him of these types of events!!!  LOL

I wont be breaking our pact either.

Thank you for all ur wise advice u have given me and for always checking in on me. I really appreciate you and our friendship. You have given me some hope and set a great example to me and many others on here and for that you rock!

Thanks sara for posting this. You and I made  pact to keep clean from now on when we first cleaned up, you are not a week behind me, I intend to never break that pact. I had to splain things to "momma" on that "your were my first" comment LOL!

hey congrats on 3 yrs......I can tell you read the  forum most days your wise.....you only post what someone needs to here not what they want to here ....your always to the point and know a lot about addiction your an asset to our community....im a Christian and I think its really cool you picked the day our savior rose to give it all up.....dont mean to offend you if it had nothing to do with it but I just wanted to say thanks for sticking around 3 yrs to help people you have a heart of gold that God notices ......my your next years sobriety come ez for you good luck and God bless .......Gnarly
