K puedo aser para dejar este vicio a la Ambient or zolpidem solo pienso en dormir para escapar d mis problemas tengo miedo quiero aserlo por mi sola poco a poco k devo aser?

Ty motye. ... but the thing is, as I'm sure Rosa knows, there have been a few other posts in Spanish  and other people. .. such as Angela and a couple others Vida  maybe and Ponco  did a way better job.  Actually it is kind of sloppy,  what I wrote,  and I used a lot of the wrong words for things.  It's just that after a while when I saw that no one else was responding I wanted to try and help. :)

Valeriana Wallichii, a natural product, is a good switch. However, It is always good to take an advise or do some research before you start. Make sure not to combine it with any sleeping pills as It may increase the effect of any such pills.

Well, the lack of sleep is going to happen for a while Rosa I'm sorry to say.  Despues algo  tiempo  como algos  semanas  o meses y no estas  tomando  tu vas a dormir normal como antes.   Te acuerdas que hablar con doctor si tu puedes.  Pero es bien que dejar  poco a poco.  Vas a ver  te sientes mejor.  Puedes escribir aqui si tienes miedo.  Yo pienso que otros hablar en espanol  tambien  ademas voy a tratar  a ayudartes. hola Rosa esta tomando  o solamente el ?  le mas dificultad es la Ambien CR.  es como una benzodiazepine, como Valium o Ativan, pero no exactamente.  es dificile que hacer pero tu puedes hacer.  Es MUY importante que hacerlo poco a poco; es la manera solamente.  Por favor no dejarlo inmendiatemente o en uno tiempo.  necesitas tomar menos y menos gradualmente.  es mejor que preguntarle una doctor por la manera exactamente que para or quitar, lo siento pero no se la palabra correcta.  Si, puedes hacerlo!!!!  es posible, yo hiciste y muchos otros, pero necesita continuar MUY LENTEMENTE por ejemplo menos y menos en tres meses or muchos semanas.  es peligroso que quitar inmediatemente.  lo siento por mi espanol pero yo quiero que decirle algo.  y la ultima, es verdad que yo no tomarlos nada a tiempo y me siento muy mejor.  vaya con dios
