Almost normal sleep last night!

Thank you to all those who recommended some sort of vibration for the leg twitches.  I fell asleep briefly in bed, but couldn't stay there.  It was too hot, too cold, not long enough the right direction, and so forth.  I finally decided what I wanted was fresh air, and I don't have screens on my bedroom windows, so I lay down on the narrow bathroom floor (whatever works, right?) under the opened window, my legs propped over the foot vibrating thingie.  I slept for SIX HOURS like that.  Getting up and moving is still such a chore, but I feel a little less like I've been poisoned--more just seriously run down.

I don't know if any of you are into juicing, but I know that certain vegetable juices are good for cleaning out toxins in your system.  A combination of carrot, beet, and cucumber juices is almost always recommended.  I haven't felt like going to the trouble, but I've made myself go in and juice some everyday and gulp it down.  I'm thinking this has helped.  And even if it really didn't, there's the placebo effect of feeling like you're doing something that's SUPPOSED to help.
