Ambien , and Valume

I have never had any problem sleeping. But recently I have been under enormous pressure and experience high level of anxiety .Is it safe to combine valume and ambien ?

Those medications are of the same catagory, absolutley not. Try exercising 3-4 hours before bedtime. Take a hot bath 1 hr before bedtime this raises your core temp. and as your body tries to cool itself you naturally become tired, also avoid caffine, sleep in a cool room 65 degrees or so, these tips may not cure but they will help.  Good luck , never mix any medications without consulting your dr. or pharmicist, valium , ambien, xanax, ativan, and dalmane are just examples of many that should not be combined. good for you for  asking, sometimes even vitamins or herbals can effect meds !!!!
