Amino acids

My wife brought me home Amino 1000. Will this make me feel better?
I took one.

depends.... some of those "complexes" with a bunch of them in... the ones you need will struggle to be absorbed.. It can't hurt though... You need to take B6 as well for them to absorb. and on a empty stomach. either 30min b4 eating or an hour after..

Thanks, I will have her pick up some B6 when she goes out tomorrow. I took the amino and I had ice cream 45 minutes before. I will take as you suggested.

Make sure it has L-Glutamine in it you can take 2000mgs of that... major player in the amino world..  also D L Phenylalanine, L- Methonine, and Taurine. It should but if it doesn't you may have to add that too.. those aminos help to rebalance the pain receptors... actally rebuilds them..

I don't know much about amino acids, but I know plenty about ice cream, and THAT will help ANY problems, lol!!!
My husband and I have a laugh because every time I get mad at him, he'll find me with a bowl of ice cream ten mintues later, lol! It's not even a conscious thing anymore, I just do it!

Yep the ice cream tastes good right now - especially if you have no appetite.  Made me feel much better on several occasions.  I wish I had some at work - I need the energy today and my stomach is upset.  All that I have for a bowl of ice cream!

It might be all in my mind and I am sure it is, I feel a little better right now. I took it 15 minutes ago. LOL, I know, it is prob in my mind. I didn't tell you that when I told my kids your snake story, they were falling down. I act out everthing and I even jumped on their trampoline. They were literally rolling on the ground. That is the best story ever and thanks so much for sharing. I promised the kids I would play monopoly with them. See you later, go mow your lawn!!!

Our bodies are made of two main things water and proteins.. amino acids build proteins.we have abused our endorphins and enkelphins for a long time.. Certain aminos can get them back up and running...


Here is the main ones...

L-Glutamine---- 2000mgs per day split 1 hour B4 meals

L- methionine- up to 500mgs spilt 1 hour B4 meals

L Leucine-  500mgs same

B-complex- one 50mgs capsule each time you take DLPA

DL- Phenylalanine-  up to 2000mgs split 3X per day B4 meals
