atten support groups, its all mental, the anxiety is abd and the cravings are a constant, but they are manageable, you can def, get offof them for good...you will feel so much more alive afterwards, the wd;sa rent too severe...just go to meetings stay around supportive ppl and dont use and in a week youll be good as new-christos

It might also help to start going to NA and/or AA meetings (lots at first) and get a Sponsor.
Probably the best thing would be to just hop on in to in-patient rehab for as long as possible. However, if you're anything like most addicts (me included), you think that would absolutely be the END OF THE WORLD, that it is something to be avoided at any cost and that you really need to just fix this without anyone finding out. I pretty much stayed in that mind set until the addiction took about everything I was trying to save from the "devastation of rehab" and my little secret became common knowledge.
I was lucky to get out alive. You don't need to wait that long.

I did a bit of research Helen. I did find this to help threw withdrawl and after . Even though it is a different drug I understand what you are going threw ,be proud of yourself for quitting . Plzstick around there is alot of support here
WeCombining tyrosine/phenylalanine and a natural mao-inhibitor should have a speed-like effect maybe reducing withdrawal symptoms but Im no doctor.
