Anger & Pain

Well, anger came on at about 11:30 am and pain got real bad. Don't know if the pain caused the anger or what. When will the angry moods leave? I have nothing to be angry about. I'm so sleepy and tired but can't take a nap. Really don't want to because of sleeping tonight. I hate being like this.

Jinx K! And toots bears is right. I get angry when I am hungry, tired stressed and have done to much.

this could have to do with lack of sleep. Are you sleeping at night? If not then take a nap it can do wonders for you! I know you are worried about napping but if your not sleeping well at night this is not good either! Take sleep when you can!

Tooter hi honey! I think what you are feeling is normal. now that the physical part is pretty much over the mental struggle begins. I'm a few weeks ahead of you and have had several angry outbursts so far. Also have roller coaster emotions from very sad for a few days, then okay, than cooking turkey and playing air guitar in the kitchen! Put on your seatbelt mama this is going to be good LOL! I don't know much about ambian except that it's can have some weird side effects but I'm sure you're in the right place to find out here. Hang in there girl! Feel the rage, cry the tears, laugh out loud and keep fighting the good fight. <3

Sorry you're having a rough day.
You may be angry and not know it.  We repressed/ buried our emotions w/ drugs for so long, that when we stop they come out very intensely.  I'm waiting for all the overwhelming emotions to hit me.  You might need to accept that this will happen from time to time; emotions will be coming out of nowhere.  
One of the best things I heard in meetings is that Feelings are NOT Facts.  So true!  It will pass. Hang in there!!

Try go for a walk? Or go swimming?
Even if you don't want to move try a funny tv show to take your mind of the pain and anger.... It was prolly a wave of emotion hopefully it passes soon
