I have anxiety and i was wanting to know if the supplements work good for it?
i have gotten this supplement called St. John's Positive Thoughts and i havent took it just yet cause it said dont take with antidepressants so cause i have only took 3 prozac and the last i took it was wednesday so i should be fine to start on the new right? I dont want to take prozac i want to try this supplement and see how it does well if u can help me send me a message.

you may want to try  Celexa or generick Citalopram.. Doc Prescribed.. Believe me ive tried all herbal remedies and none worked for me . good luck

I have anxiety,its not from withdrawl of the prozac..i shouldnt get withdrawl symptoms from the prozac cause i didnt take but only 3 of them so it should not affected me..the prozac i knew was out of my system cause it was not helping me anymore or it might have been because i was not taking it but it just said on the bottle of the supplement i take not to take it with antidepressants meaning not together cause they could interact with each other..i have talked to the pharmacist about it and they tell me all different things like a week or 16 days but and all sorts of stuff so i dont know what to believe but anyways i talked to my father in=law about this and he said i should be fine to take the new stuff since i just only took 3 of the prozac and the prozac i took should be out of my system already by now he said and as long as i was not talking the prozac i could take the supplement it just says on bottle dont take with antidepressants and thats all it says so does that mean not together meaning take a prozac and that?
