Any advise would be great!!

I am also quitting this weekend. Today is my last day of pills (I have weaned down to around 50mgs/day). I was taking OxyContin 20mg (up to as much as 12 pills a day) as well as Oxycodone 10mg IR. I've been taking them off and on (more on than off) for about a year. It's finally time to deal with this; I've taken Monday & Tuesday of next week off to get off these things. My date with Satan is probably gonna be around 11:00 AM Saturday morning. The physical part ***** but the mental part is what I am so afraid of. Everything looks and feels so weird and I don't think one minuscule of dopamine is firing so the depression is incredible. As you can tell, I have done this before but usually had some pills around to save my ***, this time I do not.

Well here I am on day five off the oxy's and back at work. I still don't feel 100% but it's only been five days. My troubles lie in my very acidic stomach and a bit of anxiety (I'm sure that the two are one and the same). Mental clarity is here and it's kind of strange but I suppose after being sedated for a year it is going to seem weird. Any ideas on when this anxiety will go away?? Everyone on here has been very helpful and I appreciate it greatly!!

Nice job at starting your new life. Double check and make sure ALL the pills are gone. Its amazing were we may find some when we are tearing the house apart. Check out the thomas recipe to help out with the wd. Some of it does work. Congrats again!
