Gee I don't know what I was thinking...obviously I wasn't...I asked about street drugs, what might help the 2 day w/d off the prescription morphine before I can start the suboxone......I'm just scared of that panicy  feeling that comes if I don't get my next dose of morphine in me and I dont' know how I will manage 2 days....Do you always have to wait 48 hours before you can start suboxone...?  I'm clueless really, but fed up with giving my mind over to a drug...I've researched the sub and it sounds good in theory, but I know theory can be really different that real life...anyway if my psost was inappropriate or offeneded anyone I apologize

I have not taken sub...but i do know that u dont have to wait 48 hours with many doctors...sometimes just 12...or even less with some...can u ask the doctor u plan to get it from?

Yes if you wait 48 hours the subs will work emedely 30 min. then 2nd dose. I was so sick when i went to the doctors office and 48 hours seem so long .but if you want some help I was tacking 12-15 hydosand 9somas at least A day and the subs helped me  do your research on subs my first days were so confusing I thought I was crazy GOOD LUCK

i was doin oxy and i only had to wait 14 hrs to be in mild/moderate w/d, i never heard 48hrs before. and my sub started working in me in 10 minutes. if you go to the suboxone website you can find out for sure. there is alot of info there.Teddy
