I have a question - Did any one else sit on the couch for 3 weeks?  I just don't  want to do anything biut watch TV and play online.. Working on Day 4 with only 1...

yep - I've been fairly lazy.  I do make myself get up and at least walk to the mail box, SOMETHING even if it's small.  Today is much better but I did find a cool new little angry birds type game called "cut the rope" - it is keeping me busy today!  Glad to hear you are still moving along GG!  Day 5 for me and hanging in there.

I'm not a tv person at all...in fact I haven't turned one on in 3 weeks at least but my iPod is always online and in hand!  And yeah I didn't really start moving until 14 days but the first 10 for sure were in bed. I won't ever do this over again but had I really listened to everyone I would have gotten up and moved around more which is what u should do even if only for a few minutes at a time. It's needed and it will help with sleep....I am just now reaching a total of about 3 hours sleep throughout telhe night....yesterday being the first time.   Do what u can and stay positive regardless of how u may feel cuz there is no room for error here! U either commit and do it or just 'try' to get clean.

I hear lot of people cant sleep. My prob is i can't stop. Its not fair on girls. Will try walking. Lets all do 15 min a day. Im off to bed its 8pm lol
