B 12 Dosages??

I just bought some Vitamin B12 in hopes of getting some energy. The dosage is 1500 mcg per capsule. What's the dosage for these things? I'm a fairly heavy (260 lbs) male.

Fladdict might have that answer for you. She has been reading up on vits and aminos. What does the bottle say? It should have a recommended dosage.
