i take a B complex multi and the sublingual B12s that dissolve in your mouth.  they help me very much.  they took about 2 weeks before they kicked in for me...good luck to you..maria

injections work best when using B12....and yes it will help the anxiety and energy if u r low on that vitamin...the aminos in the thomas recipe also help...good luck and stay safe

I took Ester C, B-6 and B-12 and still do.  It helped a ton!!!
