BLOOD PRESSURE

I am on day 5. doing well with all the advice. But my blood pressure is up. I am taking larger doses of clonopin,but it seems not to be lowering. any advice?

Hi, thanx again for all your help, I followed it all. We had fun outside on the farn with the kids today and did some chores. Mainly just a little week. I started the amino acids today. I do not notice a big difference.? Blood pressure is 150/95 I am suppose to be below130.

Try some excersise to bring your pulse up sometimes that will help lower you B/P.
If it is very high you may need to seek some help.

That is not horrifically high but sounds like u know blood pressures...140/90 is the point where high bp is a possible diagnosis...hang in there

I had some questional kidney funtion tests and as a result they told me to keep my blood pressures in 120s. I was on the smallest dose of zest..... and was doing ok, but when I asks the doctor abouth the clonopin for withdrawals he gave it to me and told me to quit what I was taking. He said 3 paths or maybe more would not be bad. I am up to 5 and it is still 138
