Hey girl, Im so glad to see you, I missed you yesterday. Sounds like you have a great doctor,,, I am so glad that you are doing well. I have cut my dose to 1 pill a day a half in the morn and a half at night and I am having a hard time. Let me know how you do with the trazadone, it does not work for me, but, maybe if you use it in combination with your other meds it will. I am so happy for you, you are doing great.. How are your beautiful kids doing???? Huggs, G
I withdrew from heroin with most of that stuff in the 90's you should be fine.. i take Trazodone. be careful the first night its a anti depresssant that acts like a hypnotic. will knock you out on night one... litle bit of dry mouth first day after and some grogginess.. I actually almost got sent home from work for slurring.. the next day i was fine... just a little warning thats all..
Way to go I know you were having a hard time. Keep up the good work. i wish I could do it but I copy a prescription he once gave me and faxed it to another pharmacy which called him thank goodness he has been the family doctor for a long time cause he questioned me I came up with a lame story which I'm sure he didn't beleive and he left me alone. He could have done something. those pills will make you do awful things.
What a good thing that you ended up calling the doctor, and that he put you on a regimen to help you taper. Post back and tell us how you are doing, I'm sure it will make it much easier.

That took some courage to go and see a doctor but Im so glad you did it. Hope you get some peace through all this. I have suffered many panic attacks in my day. Havn't had one in years though, mostly when I was a teenager. I was sent to the hospital and given tranquilizers because I thought I was gonna die. The shaking, jittering, and weird feeling from panic attacks is so scary so I feel ya. Take care, best of luck.
