Glad you are getting more sleep. That always helps.

It can be so difficult not getting sleep. That was what drove me the craziest! The sleep will come back, it just takes time. Keep going strong and you will get through this! Best of luck to you!

Yup, it takes an addict to take 5 klonopins.LOL I am glad that you slept. The lack of sleep can drive you nuts. As bmc said, sleep does return. I used a muscle relaxer (flexeril) and melatonin that first week.

2 glasses of wine helped me sleep last night..LOL...I am not a drinker.  I may be doing that again tonight...better than pills.  I did take Flexeril way back but didn't abuse it. It knocked me out completely.

It will get easier. Its good you're sleeping. That and the energy are the hardest things to get through. it sounds like you are doing pretty well. Just stay strong, you're doing great!

yea not getting the sleep is one of the biggest bummers. i know getting out and getting some exercise has helped me to sleep better at night. i get the RLS thing and restless arms too. it sucks. best of luck. christina
