yes if you are having real severe anxiety and panic attacks you need to see a psychiatrist and get some major therspy and help...benzos are useful in short term periods for your problems, but like youve experience the wd's and addiction are bad after 5 months or so especially at high doses..i was using 8 + mgs of xanax a day and 4+ mgs of cloanzepam a day for over two years along withh eorin and/or oxycfontin so my treatment was pretty intensive and extreme, it does work, and the advice i can give you is to slowly slowly taper down your dose going too fast oer stopping all together is lethal and terrible for your body, best of luck to you-christos
i to am gooing through benzo withdrawal and it is tough for the panic attacks i have been taking L-Theanine and also taking 5htp i take the l-theanine 3x a day 200mg each and the 5htp 2x a day100 mg i hope this helps you and wish you all the best it is a very hard drug to detox from and there are very dangerous w/d symptons such as seizure and in some cases death i don't mean to frighten you but thoes are the risks, you may want to see a doctor just to be on the safe side.

You need to go see a doctor to get some professional help if your experiencing panic attacks. There are some natural supplements or amino acids that can help, but your best bet is to seek the advice from your doctor. I know for some people its hard to admit that they have depression/anxiety issues or an addiction, but if its really affecting your life that bad you need to get some help.
