Benzos and Hydro W/D - Thomas Recipe

Is it true benzo's will not be effective if used as the Thomas Recipe outlines if someone has some sort of tolerance to them? Any advice would be appreciated.

Nothing will work normally that one has a tolerance to.......... regards the Thomas Recipe -  If you are tolerant for the benzo's you should have some idea of your effective dose .... use your effective dose.

I can relate with what you're saying. I once tried using the thomas recipe after building a tolerance to xanax 1mg. usually taking no more than .5 to 1mg each night, every night for about 2 months. nothing too long, but long enough.

When using the same blue pills for the thomas recipe it worked fine for me. i'm sure my tolerance is not as high as yours. My advice is to try and find Valium or Klonopin. Those work much better than xanax or ativan.
i guess i hope your tolerance is to xanax and you can find valium. good luck with everything.

Cool nickname by the way. Ya, I have Valium and my tolerance is high because I'm in the process of weaning off of Xanax via Valium so I'm up there because Xanax bein so much more powerful. I think I'll be OK though. I just have to man up those first few days and deal with it. I have the Amino Acid Protocol and the Thomas Recipe so I'm ready to go. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers if you think about me starting Jan 1. I'm going to be in hell shaking the hand of the devil.

I AM RIGHT NOW TAPERING OFF KLONOPINS I HAVE HAD A HECK OF A TIME OF IT, MY ADVISE TO YOU STAY AWAY FROM KLONOPINS THEY HAVE MADE MY LIFE PURE HE..  COMING DOWN HAS BEEN REALLY HARD THE WDS ARE REALLY BAD, PRESSURE IN MY TEMPLES, HEADACHE, NAUSIATED, ACHES AND PAINS ALL OVER MY BODY, SHAKING. You really shouldn't cold turkey off of klonopins or any benzodiazapine. You should have a Dr. wean you off over a period of months. You could have seizures and and people have died from the wd.  You should really call a Dr.
