Biggist mistake of my life.

I started with pain pills and started to go into withdrawals and with the help of a so called friend I started to use Methadone wafers to help with the withdrawals, and now I am having to start withdrawals from both. What is the first step.

you have already made the first step by coming on this website. you will met lots of wonderful people that can help you. I would say to start with one and taper once you have gotten off the first one then start on the methadone. from what I've been told the methadone is the hardest to quit. I would think you would do better tapering than c/t expectally with the methadone. good luck, stay strong and keep posting also read all the thread you can.
